Mr. CHAN is diligent, conscientious, experienced, and capable. In addition to teaching Mathematics, he is also the Gifted Education Coordinator. Through appropriate curriculum planning and teaching strategies, he provides more learning opportunities for gifted students and students with special educational needs. For students who are less able to learn, Mr. CHAN will return to school every Saturday to make up lessons for them to ensure that they keep up with the progress. In classroom teaching, Mr. CHAN incorporates STEM education to provide diversified learning experiences, so that students have greater interest and motivation to learn. He makes good use of Information Technology, such as the use of three-dimensional models, 3D printing, etc., to help students grasp the concept of abstract three-dimensional graphics. Mr. CHAN has contributed a lot to the teaching profession and society. He often shares teaching experience in workshops or seminars of the Education Bureau, and wrote articles in newspaper columns explaining how mathematics knowledge can be applied to daily life, and sharing examination skills and tips. In addition, he is always ready to share experience and offer support to new colleagues. Mr. CHAN's wholehearted service is testimony to his dedication to education.
